My Story
About Joey Ledet
I was born with Tetralogy of the Fallot. I had a bypass at the age of 8 months, Open heart Surgery at 4 years old. Haven't taken any medication ever for my heart. I continue to take care of myself every day to make sure I set a good example. After losing 40lbs and running the Boston and Chicago Marathons in 2023, I have decided to continue my journey raising money for charities close to my heart. Kids, Cancer, Military Veterans and Birth defects like me are my main focus. So I am slowly creating a community of like souls to help me in my quest. All are welcome to join.
